Keeping up appearances in order to remain attractive into a matter that should be made by women in general, and therefore the intake of food that is consumed must be healthy. Being overweight is caused by the amount of calorie intake, and excess calories in the body are not wasted or burned by the activity of our bodies into fat which leads to increased weight. Will be discussed below regarding the levels of calories we need.
The number of calories needed by the body in each person can vary based on the gender, age, and activity level of the person. For example in children aged 2-8 years need 1000-1400 calories will vary with the needs of active adult women aged 14-30 years who need 2400 calories. As with the women aged 14-30 years and less active, which takes about 1800-2000 calories.
Men aged 14-30 years and quite strenuous activities, the required calories is 2800-3000. But if it is less active then the required calories is 2000-2600. While women and men aged over 30 years old and still quite active, then the required calories is 2200-3000 calories per day. However, if at that age already more reduced activity or sedentary, then the calories needed only 1800-2200 calories.
Excessive caloric intake can be turned into body fat which will be stored into fat cells or adipose tissue. However, if you consume a diet low calorie food or more calories are burned than calories taken in, then the fat will be reduced and the fat cells will return shrink or shrivel.
Reduce your calorie intake if you want to lose weight. But remember that if the calories you consume too little, it is also not good. Lack of calories can cause some side effects, such as fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, or constipation. Eating a low-calorie diet can help you to feel full without experiencing a shortage of calories your body needs each day.
